We Ship via UPS Ground only. We can only ship to US street addresses. We do not ship via USPS, therefor we do not ship to military bases or PO boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you want to pre-order items we strongly suggest you print the order form out, fill out the info and fax it or mail it to the address listed at the bottom of this page. You don't have to print out the entire order form to order just one item. Just provide all of the pertinent info. requested. By default, Pay Pal debits your account at the time of the transaction, so you will be paying for an item that may not ship for a while.
International customers: Due to licensing restrictions, we only ship to the United States. If you are interested in ordering our products, please visit one of the great dealers on our links page!
Also orders outside the US, Hawaii and Alaska please inquire before placing an order as extra shipping charges do apply.
As a general practice, we do not send return e-mails as order confirmation. If you are concerned about your order please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to confirm it for you.
Estimated shipping dates are listed beside each item. Please note this before placing an order. Items may not be available for several months. These dates are estimates and products can sometimes be delayed (as you are all aware). Check back to see if these dates shift as they may.
If your order includes in stock items as well as pre-order items, extra shipping charges may apply. You may choose to pay a singular shipping charge by waiting to have your entire order shipped when complete. This, of course may mean delays in receiving some of your products.
